LPW Steelcraft was appointed to fabricate and erect the structural steel framework for two new Greggs and Starbucks retail units at Pennywell, Sunderland.

Working for STP Construction, the project involved the fabrication and installation of steel structures totalling 31-tonne . The works were delivered to a tight programme, requiring efficient coordination between fabrication and on-site erection. Installation took place during challenging winter conditions, with teams working through snow and high winds to maintain progress ahead of the Christmas deadline.
