LPW Steelcraft was appointed to fabricate and erect the structural steel framework for a new Starbucks drive-thru development in Guisborough.

The project involved the fabrication and installation of a 15-tonne steel structure for main contractor Octane Construction Ltd. Working to a tight programme, the steelwork formed the core framework of the building, requiring close coordination between fabrication and on-site erection to meet delivery deadlines. From drawing approval through to installation, the project demanded efficient turnaround and precise execution.
